Welcome to the official BellaTiers Web site! My name is Kim Schuster and I live in Chicago, Illinois. Just over a year ago I took all four stages of the Wilton cake decorating classes at Michaels and since then I've been working on my techniques and building a small business of my own.
To be honest, when I signed up for the first class I had no intention of taking it as far as I have, but I realized right away that I had a passion for making custom cakes.
Since August I have been working towards my associate degree in Pastry Arts at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. I am so excited to learn as much as I can and I hope someday I can open my own cake shop!
I love experimenting with new cake ideas and I don't shy away from any design, so let me hear your ideas!
